"As we arrived, everybody greeted us with friendly smile and "Good morning" that made us feel welcome as if we were regulars! (First time) They replaced the broken brake wire right away in 20 minutes!! 30 minutes later, we were "back on the road" again! This is what I call service!!! Mr. Ramos, the technician, is worth 5 stars too! Thank you all!!!"

"Transportation employee Paul & Steven both need a raise or promotion, they gave good services, well communication the entire ride. It was great hospitality for ride to and from where I was needing to go. Boss man give those men a bonus, raise and be sure to let these gentlemen know THEY are APPRECIATED. Employee of the month, quarter, etc. I ride with many transportation company but when I'm scheduled with Ray fisher with either of these gentlemen I know the service is going to be what's expected. Very kind, energetic, communicated, helpful and respectful. They open doors for me as well as my 4 year old daughter. "I have been using Ray Fisher Pharmacy consistently for the last 6 years, and they have been great. Friendly service, very competent staff, and they are reliable. There prices for medical equipment are very competitive. They just seem to always be willing to help their customers."

"We have been using Ray Fisher exclusively for all of my 92 year old grandmother's medical equipment needs. From basic maintenance on her walker to most recently purchasing items for "at home care". Christian, Josh and Randy have been there each and every time to answer any questions or recommend items that would allow us to provide comfortable and complete care for her. On Tuesday afternoon, in 106° weather, they welcomed me and my three young girls in and patiently helped us to purchase equipment needed asap. Thank goodness for Ray Fisher!! Best price and best service in town!"

"The Ray Fisher employee that helped me rent a knee walker was more than accommodating. I highly recommend them for any medical supply needs"

"I went into Ray Fisher for the first time the other day and was immediately greeted by Isabel. She gave me excellent service and pointed me into the right direction. I was in and out in a timely fashion and I will defiantly be back if I ever need anything again."

I took my mothers wheelchair in for the brakes to be adjusted and they did it while I waited. The service is always excellent and they have a good selection of home health care items.

"I have been using Ray Fisher Pharmacy on a very regular basis for the past 6 years, and they have been great. They fill my orders in a timely manner, their staff is friendly and proficient. For equipment their prices are competitive. They always seem ready and willing to help their customers. Very nice people."

"Okay, I messed up big time. We drive down from Oregon and find out 300 miles later, at Red Bluff, that I had left part of my cpap machine at home. Not good! So from Red Bluff to Fresno, I called about every medical supply house in the book. All were the same, "No, can't help you" or "You have to order it online". I cannot sleep without my cpap machine. So my daughter gives me the phone number for Ray Fisher Pharmacy. The man on the phone says he may be able to help me! We arrive in Fresno and stop in Ray's. I meet the man behind the voice on the phone, Scotty Asai. My gear I find out, is getting dated, but Scotty says "Let's go through some bins and see what I have." So we go through a couple of totes and bingo! We hit the jackpot! There was the piece I needed to get a good nights sleep! Talk about customer service! I recommend this business for everyone who needs medical supplies. Scotty could have given me the same runaround I received from every other medical supply house but he did not. Anyone who goes above and beyond for a person from out of state, will definitely take great care of the locals here. Thank you Scotty!"

"The only reason I'm giving a 5star is for the cashier Jeana who was absolutely the nicest and knowledgeable. If not for her that would be a miserable place to do some shopping. Whoever owns that building should be ashamed of themselves for making their employees work in such heat. No air conditioner, some swamp cooler that's dreadful. How the elderly can shop in there was beyond me. I was there with my mom and she was horribly miserable as was I and I'm not elderly. I find it hard to believe that's even legal to do that to employees. Again, you're lucky for Jeana who is beyond kind. I'd be a miserable lunatic under those conditions."

"We need something last minute for my husband who injured his foot. Someone from our family recommended them to us. They have great customer service. Both times owner of the store helped us and took time, even after the store closed to help us. Their rental prices are reasonable and their customer service is great. If you need a walker, scooter or wheelchair then this is the place to go."

"I hired Ray Fisher to transport my quadriplegic son and his hospital bed to our new home when we moved. When the guys arrived, they had assumed that the bed was a standard rental type bed and not the full sized hospital bed it actually was. No complaints--they called in 2 more guys and very carefully got the bed and my son moved. It took a while, but the were kind and polite, and even though it took twice as many men, they didn't charge me extra."

"They take their time to ensure the customer's needs are met and concerns are addressed. I was there back in early May for a remote 4-pin wiring harnesss replacement. After told via phone they carried them, I went there about 10mins before closing to find out they didn't have any. BUT....one lady stayed after hours and searched in the parts dept. and found exactly the right replacement harness I needed for my mother's scooter. Huge kudos to her and dedication to customer support !"

"I'm from the Bay Area and have needed to come to Fresno more often to help support my parents; especially my father who is now in a wheelchair. Ray Fisher has literally SAVED US!!!! Any and every type of equipment is available and being able to rent a manual wheelchair and then a power wheelchair was such a blessing for us. We needed to call so many places and between considering prices, options to rent/buy, the store being open, and other things, Ray Fisher pulled through for us. They even provide transportation, as an option. In addition, the customer service is INCREDIBLE. I honestly could not have had a better experience, and every person I have dealt with has been just as helpful, patient, accommodating and friendly, as the next. I ALWAYS leave with the feeling that I've been well taken care of and that the Ray Fisher staff truly care about not only me, by my family as a whole in a time of serious life-changing needs."
